Comic
Happy Labor Day to our American readers! Aside from traveling across the world or spending time with our significant others, one thing we love doing on holidays is sitting at home and playing video games. Actually, I think one of the things that is a solid qualification for the title of “geek” is countless logged hours on any single title. I could start rattling off my numbers for World of Warcraft over the years, but that’s not what this particular comic is about.
Dustin is able to show exactly how ridiculous things can get when games end up taking too long than they should, and how Eric’s 5 o’clock shadow happens three times faster than your usual geek. By the way, thank you Dustin for making my hair look good - if only it were that easy to work with in the mornings.
The madness that is The Dark Knight has dominated the box-office since its release, and to many geeks worldwide, the movie experience was almost like Christmas morning. We just thought that there was no other topic worthy of our first installment of the bi-weekly Geekadelphia Comic.
I don’t really have a secret Titanic-themed lair in my closet, even though our illustrator Dustin would like you to think I did… but Eric has something similar, and it involves a Chinchilla, some DVDs, and some Halo action figures.
