Legos

Evolution by GLENNZ Tees

Here at Geekadelphia, we’re helplessly smitten by all things LEGO. That is why this shirt rocks, besides the simple reminder that we are all stocky, blocky, yellow people derived from a 1×1 flat unit.
You can purchase this fantastic design on an American Apparel Tshirt for about $20 and as an 18″x12″ poster for about [...]

LEGO’s One-of-a-kind Blade Runner “Spinner”

Holy Geekgasm, Batman! When Boing Boing TV visited with futurist and legendary geek Syd Mead, they came across a custom, one-of-a-kind LEGO version of the Police “Spinner” car from Blade Runner. It was presented to Mead by LEGO when he attended a design summit in Billund.

In all honesty, I would have picked it up [...]

Daddy, Where do Stormtroopers Come From?

Well son, Stormtroopers are made of little boys’ hopes and dreams … in a factory in a galaxy far, far away.

Italian artist Jan Vormann went around town and, in a moment of pure genius, filled in a bunch of cracks with beautiful clicked-together patches made from Legos.
Really, we should have hired him to take care of that i-95 crack. You can see the rest of the photos on the artist’s page, here. How awesome.
