Geek Inspired Ink by Tattoo Artist Scott Derby

Scott Derby, a tattoo artist local to Philadelphia (he’s in West Chester), creates some awesomely geek-tastic tattoo designs, and shares the flash images on his Deviant Art page.

You’ve Got Red On You, an awesome Shaun of the Dead inspired illustration, caught my eye immediately. This next one…

Han Shot First, made me fall in love with Derby’s work. Bravo, good sir.

Thanks to Todd Coleman (@todd_coleman) for the heads up. Your pal does some great work, Todd. Tell him we said hi.

    Thanks for the attention!

Slight correction: I am not a tattoo artist (I wish!), merely a fan of both tattooing and pop-culture. I wouldn’t want to offend those that are actual tattoo artists, as I respect them immensely and am in awe of their talents and abilities….

    Thanks again for the love!
    Best,

His work is awesome, but shame on you for not posting the Ghostbusters’ image on the main article. That one is pure genius.

The HAN SHOT FIRST tee will be on T-Shirt Fury next week – be sure to snatch it up!
