The Puffin Cup: I-Site United vs. Old City Athletic Club

Last year, the good people who own National Mechanics (WebLinc) and our pals at Indy Hall teamed up to create the Old City Athletic Club soccer team. This Thursday they are going up against i-Site United, a team comprised of developers from i-Site, a company located across the street from the beloved co-working space.

The game kicks off at 2pm in Fairmount Park, with an after-party at National Mechanics. Both teams support the Starfinder Foundation, a Philadelphia non-profit that uses “soccer as a vehicle for children’s personal growth and development through recreation and education.”

Now, I’m not saying that I want i-Site United to lose, but if Johnny Bilotta and Indy Hall’s Alex Hillman were to drink the tears of their defeated opponents… well, I think I can support that.

    I am pretty sure that Alex will not be on the field, but Johnny will more than make up for it.
