The Fiesta Movement has truly been living up to its name with the whirlwind of activity we’ve been up to in the past few weeks.

On Friday, April 2nd we’ll be upstairs on the loft of North Bowl celebrating our first mission. For mission one, we had to compile a list of local places that we found exceedingly cool. Well, that part was easy considering there’s just so many damned great things about Philly. The hard part: we had to get a mural made and installed. However, it’s getting there. It’ll be going up at 1108 South Street. The design was put together by local artist, Dominic Doyle. The ten lucky places in no particular order?

• Tattooed Mom

• Franklin Fountain

• North Bowl Lounge ‘n Lanes

• Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens

These places have been good to us over the years, and you’ve never been to any of them, there is likely a deep void in your soul that you really should fill. As for the mural, all I can say is that it’s looking incredible. We’ll be updating our Fiesta Movement page when we get a more-finalized sketch.

Oh, and the first 100 Foursquare checkins get a free drink. So please come by, we’ll have free sliders, tots, quesadillas, chips & salsa (yum, yum). And to top things off we’ll be having the DJ spinning music all night long. RSVPing is mandatory, so do it up. This isn’t Facebook, kids. No maybes.
