Candied Bacon Martini: Looks Delicious

Wow. For those of you who are fans of the National Mechanics bacon vodka shots, this right here… these candied bacon martinis? These are right up your alley. Mmm!

The Los Angeles Times provides the recipe for candied bacon and the sweet, sweet martini it goes with. They suggest garnishing the martini with a slice of apple… but to hell with that. This is a bacon martini, fools. I’ll garnish it with more meat. Beef jerky, please!

    This looks like a classier version of one of my favorites from the Double Down Saloon in Las Vegas. It’s actually the origin of the bacon martini. http://www.doubledownsaloon.com/ Oh, and A## Juice as well.
