Excuse #233 for Tim’s Recent Absence

So I’ve started posting here again, and I have to say I really did miss scouring the internet every morning for something ridiculous or just plain awesome.  What have I been doing with my time?

Well, its a combination of a few things.  Mainly I’ve been busy the last few weeks due to the insurmountable load of work @ the office when dealing with the yearly Black Friday / Cyber Monday phenomenon.  Yes, the economy is in a rut, but our sales went through the roof and at the end of the weekend our profits were 46% higher than last years.  I can’t explain it. But, the company website became my top priority for that stretch of time and I got free pizza out of it.  Yay pizza.

November 13th also marked the release of the newest expansion to World of Warcraft.  Anyone that knows me can attest to my love of that game.  Bad day @ work?  Slay a massive lore-driven maniacal monster with 24 of your friends with lager in hand,  it’s just an awesome experience.

Since it was a major release (they sold over 2.8 million copies in its first 24 hours) I had to find out where I could get my hands on a copy at midnight:

Dustin always captures these moments so well – It’s a gift.  Anyway myself and a few friends camped the Cherry Hill Best Buy @ midnight and made out like bandits.  It’s been an insanely busy month, but how can anything get you down when  you have a freaking magic flying carpet?
