They Did it for Science: Making the Ultimate Jello Shot

Remember those wild days of college? The dorm parties? The house parties? The too-many-people-in-a-West-Philly-anarchy-house parties? I sure do. But hey, maybe that’s because I still throw them now and again. What makes these parties so great? The key ingredient to any excellent alcohol infused party. Jello Shots.

The guys over at My Science Project have done some fairly hysterical experiments. From nailing Jello to a wall, to seeing how many condoms you can possibly put on, they’ve got some serious free time on their hands… and far too much Jello.

One of their experiments that has gained quite a bit of popularity, happens to involve producing the perfect Jello shot, “determining the highest possible concentration of alcohol attainable in a Jello shot, while still maintaining the structural integrity of the gelatin.”

Head on over to their official website to learn how to make the flawless shot, and take some serious notes the next time you come to one of my parties. I’m talking to you, Dustin.

When can I expect the next invite. Seriously though, your last party had those sweet cosmos. Delightful “Road Soda” if I ever tasted one.
