The best way to stay on top of Capcom community events is by becoming a member of the Capcom-Unity website (http://www.capcom-unity.com). According to the Capcom folks though, there were a lot of uneasy execs over the nonchalance of this last event (not the safest neighborhood, in a basement, only 300 people, etc), but there's been a real sea change at Capcom lately with regards to community involvement so I think there's a possibility you'll see more events like this in the future (even in places like University Pinball).
