Design Philadelphia: A Clean Break

If  you happen to be around 313 Broad @ Spruce, anytime between now and the 30th of October (it’s been up since the 16th) you may be able to catch a glimpse of what a revitalized city would look like in the near future.

It’s a refreshing change of pace anyway, to see some sustainable pre-fab living options just around the corner from the usual mess of buildings and barely maintained apartments.  Check it out if you have a chance, and Eric you’re not actually allowed to sleep in these.  I think they’re just for show.
