Space Invader Wall Decals: Wow!

Ah Etsy. You are a never ending source of geeky crafts, art, home improvements, and cool people. Today, you’ve introduced me to some amazing Space Invader vinyl decals, and I thank you for that. Especially with my new apartment in desperate need for home decor.

For about $50, you can add “a retro vibe to your room” with these sweet looking vinyl stickers by Etsy seller Vinyl Wall Design. It’s a 27 piece pack with six of each colored invader (black, yellow, violet, red) with two shuttles and missiles.

This geek is officially sold. Now I just have to wait for my Tetris bathroom tiles to come in! The apartment is looking sweeter each day.

What's it mean to be a geek? Wikipedia defines a geek as "a peculiar or otherwise odd person, especially one who is perceived to be overly intellectual" and describes "one with low social skills, regardless of intelligence."
