Epic Want: Diamond Ring Hidden in Philadelphia

The folks over at Robbins Diamonds (they have a shop in Philly on 8th and Walnut) are hosting an awesome treasure hunt here in Philadelphia. They’ve hidden a $20,000 diamond ring somewhere in Center City, and its your job to find it through a series of clues, received via text messages, mobile web, or an iPhone application developed for the game.

Now, obviously people are going to be rushing to get in on this, so you’ve got to win your spot in the game. Head over to the Diamond Dash website to sign up and enter.

Tim and I really wanted to enter, but alas, we will be at Zenkaicon in King of Prussia, taking photos of people in bad cosplay outfits. It’s too bad, especially since I need to make up for the chicken ring I gave my girlfriend last week. Just wasn’t the same as a diamond, she said. Whatever.
