Quest For Glory II: Back in Glorious VGA

I grew up on classic Sierra PC adventure games. King’s Quest, Police Quest, Space Quest… a whole wealth of different quest games. However the Quest for Glory series, the only Quest to start with the word quest, holds a special place in this geek’s heart. Quest For Glory: So You Want To Be A Hero, was the first game I ever purchased. It was the 1991 re-make of the original. I was 10, and it came in a gigantic box with several 3.5 inch diskettes. Those were simpler times.

Well, now you can relive these aforementioned times of simpleness, thanks to AGD Interactive, who have remade the classic Quest For Glory II. Complete with the traditional Sierra-esque graphics of the time, this game is fantastic. Go download it immediately.

Cause it’s FREE! Woo hoo!

They also have a rather nice looking, limited edition poster up for grabs on the website. Scope that out while you’re there.
