Nintendo Hearts the Geek

Well lookey lookey what we have here! Arriving in a shimmering silver envelope today in the mail is what you see above: a nice little thank you note from the folks at Nintendo for attending their press conference at E3 last month. Not just that, but this thank you note was personally signed by the big boy at Nintendo of America, Reggie Fils-Aime –  known as “The Regginator” to friends and enemies alike. Normally we wouldn’t point out such a thing but we felt this card was especially poignant given the enormous backlash Nintendo received after their press conference for their complete disregard of hardcore gamers (read as: “geeks”). Clearly though, as you see above, Nintendo totally <3s Geeks.
