He Built His Own Tumbler

Yes, we know you like Iron Man a lot, and that you made a cardboard suit of armor to show it.

This, however, is another brand of cool. I bet when Bob Dullam walked out of the movie theater after seeing Batman Begins, he told his friends that he would build his very own Tumbler. I bet his friends didn’t believe him…and when he walked into the dimly lit doorway of his 2-car (garage) work studio he softly proclaimed… “They will seeeeeee….”

In any case he did make his own Tumbler, and I just made up that story about him and his friends. Reports online say that Bob’s Tumbler is a once-in-a-lifetime project that he’s spent between $50,000 and $70,000 on. You thought the money was the kicker? Bob used mostly scratch built parts with the only references being online images and DVD extras.
