Gorgeous Lego Wall-E: Built By Pixar Animator Angus MacLane

Gorgeous Lego Wall-E: Built By Pixar Animator Angus MacLane

Andrew over at The Brothers Brick, a fantastic Lego website that we here at Geekadelphia visit practically every day, posted a fantastic interview with Pixar animator and Lego fanatic Angus MacLane.

MacLane’s creation took about seven hours to build, over the span of three years. He started working on the LEGO Wall-E around the time he was being built in Pixar’s digital animation studio.

He has an entire Flickr stream dedicated to his creation, which you can check out here. I highly recommend visiting the Brothers Brick site and reading the entire interview with MacLane. It’s really quite fascinating, and you’ll get to see his other Pixar lego creations, including one of the adorable little desk lamp.
