LEGO’s One-of-a-kind Blade Runner “Spinner”
Holy Geekgasm, Batman! When Boing Boing TV visited with futurist and legendary geek Syd Mead, they came across a custom, one-of-a-kind LEGO version of the Police “Spinner” car from Blade Runner. It was presented to Mead by LEGO when he attended a design summit in Billund.
In all honesty, I would have picked it up and swooped it around my head too. Damn you, Joel Johnson of BBtv. My envy for that moment burns as bright as Tony Stark’s Arc-reactor.
