Free Comic Book Day in Philadelphia: Videos & Pictures!
Free Comic Book Day in Philadelphia was full of surprises. Brave New Worlds in Old City had some great events and special guests, including famous comic book artists, Spider-Man, and stormtroopers from the 501 Garrison. Philadelphia’s own TX-5882 even made an appearance, his jet black armor shining brightly as ever.
We hung out with a plethora of cool people at Free Comic Book Day, Don from Wired came out for the event, Albert Lee from Uwishunu, and Jason from Geek Studies. You can spot Jason in the video, getting some Star Wars graphic novel advice from one of the stormtroopers.
We’d like to thank the guys at Brave New Worlds for inviting us out for the day (what up Rob, Brian, George, and Josh!) and for inviting us to see an exclusive private screening of Iron Man tonight. We are seriously excited.
