Blizzard Denies Uwe Boll Rights to World of Warcraft Movie: Thank God
Uwe Boll makes some crappy movies. Seriously. Alone in the Dark, Bloodrayne, the completely neccesary Bloodrayne II, In The Name of the King, House of the Dead… the list goes on. Soon he’ll be destroying Far Cry on the screen. When he set his untalented eyes on World of Warcraft, Blizzard thankfully said no.
Boll got in touch with Blizzard, and here’s what he said about the talk he had with Paul Sams.
“I got in contact with Paul Sams of Blizzard, and he said, ‘We will not sell the movie rights, not to you… especially not to you. Because it’s such a big online game success, maybe a bad movie would destroy that ongoing income, what the company has with it.”
Hahah, damn. Can you say pwn3d?!

UWE BOLL IS NOT MAKING WOW AND THATS GOOD.
Uwe Boll is not to make the movie based on World Of Warcraft which its good so I think he should stick to making the movie from video games Zombie Massacre and Ninja Assault.
So Mr Boll should work on Ninja Assult the movie version of the old ninjas with guns game which that he can do.

Man, as much as I would like World of Warcraft to become a motion picture, I would NOT want somebody who sucks at making movies to do it.
Its a really cool game and if this guy made it, it probobly WOULD ruin the World of Warcraft game, from 12 million to 1 million.
AWESOME! I don’t think that I wanna see a movie made by him, ESPECIALLY not one about WoW… All hail Paul Sams! He is awesome!
i saw this post and decided to write, i am glad he is not making the movie that is for starters but we need to be fair.
bloodrayne was fairly good until they ran out of money and screwed up the ending.
in the name of the king. i keep hearing people downing it, if you excepted lord of the rings then why the hell did you go watch it. the movie fit the game and nicely without adding a lot of crap.
there was no grand spatacular lines from movies like braveheart for two reasons, and these are important reasons.
1:)jason stathom almost never has grnad lines he just does.
2:)the character in the game never talked, he was a peasant not a scholorly genious and was good at fighting.
now if you hate his movies as much as you say then why do you watch them or are you passing judgement on the fact he made a bad movie and you decide all his movies are bad, which most are.
and if you are watching them then something other than the game to movie element has you pulled into watch it.
as for Anonymous, your cause is not helped by that person, if the person is not watching the directors movie just becuase you said so and not becuase he has experience with the directer
