These are precious. As a celebrity photographer, I do have to sometimes remove lightbulbs above heads, and camera parts from frames, and I really have to be careful to not make it so obvious. I never touch someone’s body, or people in the background, that is getting into dangerous territory, especially if there are other photogs there who are shooting the same subject.

Haha this is truly an easy mistake to make. But the outcomes are rather embarrasing
Did the editor/photographer think nobody would realise the groups of “identical triplets” standing in the background.
