Geek Chic: ASCII Curtains

I, for one, have never expressed a desire to own curtains based solely on how awesome they are… until now. Designer Nieke Sybrandy’s concept for these curtains (for those of you too young to remember) stems from graphical imagery used in prehistoric computing systems. American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) is a character encoding based on the English alphabet. In the 80’s and 90’s it was the most common way to display graphics and information until bigger and better ways to show porn images were made.
Anyway, what you see here is pure unadulterated geek art in one of its finest forms. More to see after the jump
