It just tickles me that more than half these restrictions wouldn't hold up in court.

In other news I would also love to drive this thing in the Mummers Parade.

5. The Batmobile shall not be licensed, leased or otherwise made available to any third party for any reason.

So if your friend bought this sweet ride, it would be illegal to say to them: "Dude, can I borrow the b-mobile? I'm the only one of us who has even the slightest chance of getting any tonight! I need that ride!"

Though the design of this offended every fiber of my Batman loving being, it didn't stop me from owning the batmobile phone of it, or the one from the first Batman movie. That thing was fly. Its headlights flashed when it rang. Doesn't get better than that.

more like BUZZKILL mobile...

seriously what's worse than having a stationary batmobile?
what kind of terms and conditions are these?
the rules should all be opposite:

i.e.

1.) You can only drive the batmobile(tm) in view of at least three (3) other people. Ratio should be kept to a MINIMUM of 2:1 females to males. Which shouldn't be hard because it's a Batmobile.

The only "no" should be "no bumper stickers" .. i.e. "MY OTHER RIDE IS A PRIUS"

On a related note: I saw a replica of the old tv-series style batmobile cruising down route 23 south in wayne, nj and it was seriously the most bad ass car i've ever seen in person. better than ferrari's, lambo's, rolls royce. I'd definitely rather have that than the batman forever shark-mobile.

there really is no advantage i can see for owning said batmobile. they wont let you do anything with it.

"3.The Batmobile may be driven solely when necessary for maintenance purposes and may never be driven while in public view."

"may never be driven while in public view?" you need your own private road i guess.
