Well, not really, but that would have been sweet. Only the Thomas Edison figure comes equipped with the karate chop action, and he uses that on the Nikola Tesla figure. Edison FTW!
You can score this sweet action figure, made by Accoutrements, in stores through out Philadelphia, at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and via Powells’ website. Standing at a little over 5 inches with movable arms and legs, he comes with a plastic kite and key.
TX-5882 expressed some serious interest in locating all the stores in Philadelphia that carry the Ben Franklin figure and taking you on a quick action figure tour. Stay tuned.

Those action figures are awesome. Charles Dickens lives on my desk at work
Hilarious, esp the Tesla dig.
Tesla needs not dispatch of his enemies with something so crude as a karate chop. He can merely fry them with his death ray from the other side of the world.
